     When you throw out a 3 star athlete, top performing musician, artist, national math competitor, and a student with a scientific aptitude 3 to 4 years ahead of his current grade level -- God gets angry.  Why does God get angry?  God gets angry because this 16 year old child, that is, myself, Mark Ralph Rowe -- that society threw out to the hands of the dogs (of whom are) a group of Zionist elites that mandate, direct, and create public mental health policy.  This policy created directly affects the decisions, that are then applied to the mental health system, that in turn, affects the decisions made by mental health professionals, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and mental health social workers.  These decisions that were made by these people certainly affected me in the winter of 1993, when I was coerced, and forced into the mental health system, while only before, an overachiever, star athlete, honor roll student, musician, artist, national math competitor, and a high school student with a scientific comprehension 3 to 4 grade levels above his current grade of 10.
     The American Psychiatric Association, and the Zionist elite of whom hold 99 per cent of the upper management positions a the A.P.A. -- need to stop drugging the innocent children of this world, just as I, Mark Ralph Rowe, was a victim of a senseless act of unnecessarily psychiatric drugging by a one Dr. Eric Steckler M.D. (his office is located on Old Chain Bridge Rd in McLean, VA of zip code 22101) while attending McLean High School in 1993, not to mention that the week before, I was a possible candidate for the Junior Varsity football M.V.P. award, since I had just made 3 long yard receptions as the J.V. starting wide receiver against Langley High School (our High School's biggest rival) on a Friday in late January of 1993.

     It is my opinion that the field of psychiatric medicine should be completely outlawed, and that all current and future planned psychiatric drug research should be immediately halted and removed from all U.S. colleges and universities, removed from all county, state, city, and private psychiatric and general hospitals.  All psycho-pharmaceutical drug production, research, manufacturing, design, implementation, testing, quality control, chemical synthesis, human guinea pig testing and research, and all other areas of research, development, and manufacturing of the psychotropic drug industry should be given a set of laws and moral ethics determined by the U.S. Congress to immediately cease all activities that are contained within the psycho-pharmaceutical and psychiatric drug, medical and insurance industries that are currently taking place in my nation, that is the U.S.A.

Victims of psychiatric medicine during the 1990's

     Who gives the right for clinicians and physicians to make decisions such as drugging up, and institutionalizing children, as I, Mark R. Rowe am a victim of a psychiatrist giving advice to my parents to be institutionalized at the young age of 15.  I was a starting pitcher for my high school Baseball team, lettering in winter track, a starting wide receiver for my high school football team, National Mathematics Olympiad competitor when I was in the 6th grade, I skipped 7th grade math my 7th grade year, lead percussionist for my high school's concert level band as we won first place in the nationals competition my freshman year, all while maintaining a 3.1 - 3.5 Grade Point Average at the number one academically placed high school in the U.S. (Fairfax County Public Schools, (McLean High School).
     Was this what I deserved for my life?  Are these things that I mentioned about my self when I was younger, not good things to achieve?  Should have I behaved more perfect, and achieved higher goals while growing up, even higher than the successful, athletic, musically gifted, mathematically gifted, and academically gifted person that I was and always was, and still am, despite a psychiatrist determining that the mental health system was the best choice instead of me continuing my successful life?
