A woman named Margret Sanger was the first person to run campaigns, advocate and promote the massive human sterilization and birth control agenda during the early twentieth century that targeted the mentally ill, retarded, defective, feeble minded, minority groups, and prisoners —that took place in the majority of the fifty states of the United States of America for the first three quarters of the twentieth century. Margret Sanger’s work was fully funded by the Rockefeller Foundation by the 1924. Her organization’s name was the the Eugenics Society that was renamed to the Human Betterment Association of America during the 1940’s.
