Non-Consentual human experimentation was conducted by Dr. Eldenburg within the U.S. Navy. Electromagnetic frequencies have changed and altered the behavior of tageted individuals at a distance. Images have been transfered via the quantum mechanical spectrum into the brains of targeted individuals. These electromagnetic and quantum mechanical frequencies have caused targeted individuals to behave violently or in a bizzare manner.
