Non-Consentual human experimentation was conducted by Dr. Eldenburg within the U.S. Navy. Electromagnetic frequencies have changed and altered the behavior of tageted individuals at a distance. Images have been transfered via the quantum mechanical spectrum into the brains of targeted individuals. These electromagnetic and quantum mechanical frequencies have caused targeted individuals to behave violently or in a bizzare manner. Did England ever stop to consider that the U.S. might bring new military policy to the table that involved the abandoning the military alliance with England, obviously only realized in the future?

     So are we in phase 2 of England’s contrived 3 phase war theory that is clearly written in the 21 volume manuscript titled “War Theory”, published in 1901?  We are obviously in the current history known as the “Post-Cold War Era”, since today’s day is after 1991, but Karl Marx did succeed in proving that socialism would globally compete with capitalism, as it did during the entire 30 years of the Cold War from 1961 until 1991.  The largest super-powers’ militarily maneuvering and out maneuvering each other, that resulted in the economic collapse of one and the competing super-power becoming the victor, that is the U.S.S.R. in the prior, the U.S. in the latter.
